Alright, one second I was diligently studying for my last final of my last class of my high school carrier - diligently, I tell you.

A number of theories come to mind,

Theory One: Veronica convinced me that it would be super rad to skip my last final, I'm getting an A in that class anyway, as I am sure that would have been her argument against my astute scholastic stance, and then she kidnapped me to Vegas. Got me uproariously drunk, and I got a tattoo, clearly a nod to Orwellian irony, again based on some kind of winning argument of 'we are only young once!' and THEN to appease me, because she loves me so much, Veronica took me to a Technology Convention, where they just handed out all these cool future gadgets of the geek-gasim kind.

Theory two: ...

Okay, I only have on theory, and it's a great finger in the face of Occam, but it's what I have, because, the simplest explanation as to why I am in Vegas and not Neptune can only be attributed to the force that is Veronica.

Someone challenge my theory, please.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I actually preferred South Dakota.
