I thought a few days spent meditating in the desert would help, but it appears not. It would seem that there are things the Force cannot and will not help with. These are my failings, however, and I shall work to get past them.

To that end, I have realised that I must have something to do to occupy myself during my time here. I am unused to having so much free time, and my Master would no doubt be amused to hear me saying that there is only so much meditating one can do. Therefore, I think I should get a job, although I have no idea what job I would be suitable for.

Also, I have seen mention of various different sporting activities on the network; the game of Cricket, which has nothing to do with the chirping creatures, and something called Quidditch, which sounds extremely fascinating. I would be very interested in seeing these sports, if that is possible, along with any others that people think I should know about. I would alse be most grateful if I could find a few sparring partners for both armed and unarmed combat.

My name is Clark. Been here a while. Never been to Vegas. I usually prefer small towns. So, I heard they do experiments here. Can't say I like the sound of that. My room is 17-10. I hear this place can be a bit stressful, due to the kind of experiments that sometimes happen. So I'm here if anybody feels a need to vent or just talk about anything. Anyone can come talk to me anytime. I'm a good listener and I'm unbiased too. I also have a phone [cell number]. I might not always be in. But just check the doorknob. If locked, I'm gone. If it's open.. I should be in there, just knock first before coming in. I'm thinking about staying in today. And tonight too. Got stuff to do in here now. Computer stuff, maybe some TV. Actually nothing to do, but it's better than going out again, plus I could do more research indoors

Y'know, I have so much data and formulae and all kinds of dren worked out. I've filled notebook after notebook and I've gone through boxes of pens and why am I doing this? It's still incomplete, and even if I did work everything out, I can't share it with anyone because HELLO, weapon?

Harvey is driving me more insane, keeps showing up in dresses and skirts now and I kind of want to poke my eyeballs out only he's in my head so it wouldn't matter anyway

I've had enough of this apartment, or I'll be climbing the walls or tearing them down or something, and I know Fred won't appreciate that (unless he's off his face again and if he isn't, maybe I should ask if I can try some of what he's on) so, yeah. It's Vegas. I have unlimited cash. I don't have Pilot bitching at me. I can go out and do whatever the frell I like. Yeah.

Enthusiasm. I have some. Somewhere.

I am not not sure how I have come to be in this primitive version of Earth, nor how I am here without any other member of the Voyager crew. It is illogical to think that such a primitive culture has acquired enough technology to bring not only me from the Delta Quadrant but back in time as well.

I have already examined the small amount of acquired information that others have gathered and have determined it to be inadequate. I require a full explanation as to the circumstances I currently find myself in.

I have also noted there are several Star Fleet members who have been brought to this place as well. I require a meeting with those members.
