Dunwich: A Creepypasta Panfandom Game

With the influx of new residents to Pickman -- some of whose keys actually seem to work for, even -- I think it might be prudent to note a few things:

All "Mistakes" or transplants are welcome in Pickman, assuming the building itself allows it. If ever you find yourself regretting moving out or anything else, you can always return.

There is a jar of money at the front counter for those who are new and without gainful employment. Use it as you need. Or, when you later on get a job, refill it as generously as you like.

If you have questions, concerns or are in need of an escort to someplace else, you can get what you need from the employee at the front desk.*

There is limited space when it comes to washers and dryers. Please. Learn to set a timer.

Additionally, the walls are not sound proof. Please refrain from shouting, particularly at the time of night where most people like sleeping.

Seems we've got an overwhelming amount of new people. They'll be confused as to what's happened to them, scared and lost. Let's try to be as kind as we can to them.

I'm opening up Mist. I've ordered catered taco stations so people can feel free to come by and have some food. We have all sorts of beverages. For those of you who are new, you can get housing goods and clothing free of charge. There is also a jar at the front desk in Pickman where money is kept to allow you to purchase items we may not have here at Mist. Feel free to use it.

ETA: New plan for the new arrivals, if you can't get into a room in Pickman, Mist will be open. Any magic users who can create spaces inside for a bit of privacy, I'd be happy to pay you for your services.

Additionally, my handyman just took a permanent leave of absence, so if you need something fixed in your apartment, let me or any of my front desk employees know, and I'll see what I can't do to mend what's broken.

Then I tried to take selfies and remembered that I'm a 75 year old vampire who only recently caught on to the fact that whatever makes Dunwich work, also grants me the ability to take selfies, and I've had no practice, I don't know my angles and I don't know how anyone manages to capture themselves in frame.

Then I just got confused by the concept of filters.

My brain's just not braining right today. You know how it is when you're gassy and it just won't release? My brain's going through that.

I'll start. I'm Nikolai Lantsov, King of Ravka. I've also been known as the Bastard King, the Demon King, and Sturmhond, back in my privateering days. Ravka is a young country, and from what I can find, most like early-industrial Russia in this world. Magic exists there, practiced by Grisha- one of my most talented and trusted is also here, but I, unfortunately, have no powers of that type.

Are you currently in the middle of saving our town of perpetual horror, or might I borrow your time for a little collaboration?

I am so tired of this place taking away the ONE THING I have going for myself. Every time I try to help, it's like "Nah, sorry. You can't break into this person's mind. They're just stone. Or I've got way too much control and you don't. " Just ONCE I'd like to be able to get in there and put things RIGHT. Instead of fucking up

Anyone else see that statue of a lady over by the Roxxcart? Has that always been there or is she new? Is Dunwich trying to get artsy on us?

Well, I guess I'm getting to see what everyone was talking about. What a strange world this is. Right then, we had a handful of people with sleep issues unable to wake up and floating on ceilings, which is a reoccurring thing here? What were they dreaming of, now that they're awake, hm? Now, we have people sleepwalking. Different people than the ones who floated.

Not to alarm anyone but I am quite far from where I should be and it seems I have very badly drawn some sort of symbol with my own blood which I find extremely unacceptable. I'll send you a picture of the symbol while I walk back to Pickman.

For as much as I dislike being stuck in one place so long, Dunwich has an endless amount of interesting places to explore.
