Hello! I'm Ezreal and I was pushed by some strange locals during the food festival that you might be a good person to work with. I have my own business where i find things. Literally anything. I have a knack for it. Innate gift if you will.

So I have looked in the volatile shifts around this Valentine's day everyone was talking about. And while some of it is an interesting study of the cultural expectations and how they've changed with the changing governments of their modern world, I'm come to one conclusion:

It seems to be the good part of the holiday is spending it with someone you love and dressing up and going to eat some fancy lobster. Which kinda fits the lobster festival planning happening.

I know there are issues with the fog, but I have an unpopular opinion: beyond the creepy factor, it is rather lovely as it creeps off of the water. It is my first night back at work, on light duty and it's the first time I've stood on the dock watching it.

I am reminiscent of watching it roll in off the fjord, or rowing out to meet it in a long boat.

Okay, since I am a newbie, and I like to be prepared, I am making a list of the DO'S and DON'TS of Dunwich.

Hello, fellow Dunwich-ers. I've been here a couple of days so some of you might have seen me around, but I'm Nikolai. And I'm not used to this kind of technology yet, so bear with me if I make mistakes or have a million questions.

If there's one thing I should know about Dunwich, what would you share?

So, in Piltover, my kingdom, we have a weeklong celebration during the beginning of the dark days of winter where we have a large public banquet where all the staff- house staff, stable hands, lab assistants, anyone in service- gets treated to the best from their bosses. Families tend to do private gift giving and there's a continual party feel throughout the week. From what I'm seeing many of your cultures here have a specific day or week but generally still treat it as a month long celebration.

My question is, we would do small 'gag' gifts or small devices, what are presents like for your festivals?

Let's have a Secret Santa.   That's  a way of randomly exchanging gifts.  You know who you need to buy a gift for, but you won't know who's buying a gift for you.

Here's how it'll work.   If you're interested, post your name in a reply to this.  I'll wait a few days to give people a chance to reply, then draw names from a hat to match everyone up.  I will privately message everyone, that signed up, with the name of the person they need to find a gift for. You give that person a gift anonymously.   

Traditionally, you give the gift before or on Christmas.  Since we're already in December,  give the person a gift by the end of the month for a few extra days.  Plus, that way you can shop post-Christmas sales.  Which brings up another point, the gifts should NOT be expensive. They can be homemade too. 

Afterwards, I'll put another post up on the network where you can guess who gave you your own gift.

C'mon, it'll be fun.

A good gift for me would be one that I can use in my kitchen for example a dish towel or an apron or oven mitts.

Temporal interference was interesting for about a minute, and then I got frustrated when I was no longer in my TARDIS and Me was nowhere to be found.

Anyone care to explain? I don't need the simplified version. I realize that the mist came and took me away to another time and place, so I'm looking for a little bit more specific information.

To all Pickman residents and staff,

Do you object to a small dog accompanying me during my security shifts at Pickman? She is very quiet and would remain outside at all times. Nevertheless, if it is a problem, I can make other arrangements.

Iorek Byrnison is one of the most honorable and wonderful people I have ever met. I will miss him greatly.

Tomorrow is the second Tuesday of the month. We are testing some wards for the staircase to the second floor- as far as we can tell they are working, but the curtain will be drawn to block the stairs today as well. They should keep anybody from going upstairs while the entrances to the pocket dimensions are open. Please don't take this as a sign to try to go up the stairs endlessly- I would hate to see anybody go missing again.


Unrelated, did anybody else wake up this morning with bushels of apples in their home?
