I had to stop by the shelter earlier today. Normally, I try not to go during my day off, since the animals get rather excited to see me, though I had a purpose for my visit. Especially since there has been one of the residents here who I've felt drawn to ever since they arrived.

That and after a bit of an internal debate with myself, I decided to go ahead and adopt them. So, with that in mind, I'd like for everyone to meet Roxie.

I shall be returning this weekend to the airwaves, back from my little sabbatical. I do apologize for the absence from The Air, I simply couldn't bear to leave my room.

I think to ease back into it, I'll be regaling you all with more tales from the Sword Coast, as I remember them. And I'll fill in what I don't remember, not to worry.

During the time I've been here in town, I've been on the look out for a job. Unfortunately, I hadn't landed a position until this morning.

Because as of today I get to be the receptionist for Mind and Motion, which is rather nice since I'm a frequent patron there, anyways.

I wanted to text Sabrina and tell her my quest for my blue cookie monster coat has finally come to an end, and then I remembered she's no longer here.

Then I tried to take selfies and remembered that I'm a 75 year old vampire who only recently caught on to the fact that whatever makes Dunwich work, also grants me the ability to take selfies, and I've had no practice, I don't know my angles and I don't know how anyone manages to capture themselves in frame.

Then I just got confused by the concept of filters.

My brain's just not braining right today. You know how it is when you're gassy and it just won't release? My brain's going through that.

So just imagine a blue coat. Black skinny jeans. Fishnet tank. And Doc Martens. I think I look okay, but it's hard to say.

I have been advised to ask for help from the people who use magic. I recently lost my sight, and I would like to know if anyone would be able to restore it. I understand that not all magic is the same, and that different methods will require different, ah, costs, I suppose? I would prefer to ask people not to attempt anything that would cause them to injure themselves in the process, but I have no aptitude for magic of any sort, so I am unsure if that is something that would even be required in the first place.

I can see again.

Any suggestions of sights I should take in to celebrate? Trees? Lakes? Clouds? My hot friends? Birds? he sun rising tomorrow? No Joyland suggestions if it's open again. I'm not risking seeing a clown.

I'm feeling the need to be outside. Who wants to go for a hike with me and Freya?

Is there any other interest in healing classes? Sylvie's asked for some- I have a few spells, and more potions, salves, and tinctures that I can share. I'm willing to host gatherings to share other knowledge, as well.

Just wanting to touch base and see how everyone's doing after this whole ordeal yesterday. Which was something that, well, I can't put into words.

Plus my mind is still a bit scatterbrained from trying to process it all Also, I did say that I'd look into when First Aid classes were since I was thinking of signing up for one. From what I could see, they are only Sunday afternoons.

After some consideration Mind and Motion will be adapting a new schedule giving anyone who wishes the opportunity to reserve floor time to those who needs the space whether it's for dancing, meditative, or any other purpose.

Saturday nights previously were for a more night-club vibe will be now closed for private parties that anyone can request. All I ask is that you message Stan or myself so that we can make sure we can accommodate for that evening.

Heyyy, uh. Has anyone else ever done any of the community cooking classes here? They're at the community center, and Luke and I are doing the most recent cycle and the teacher's..weird.

Actually, most of the class is pretty weird, now that I think about it. Not like us- not as far as I can tell.

Monday - Got startled by a cat, fog came up yada yada. I was thinking about coffee before the cat. Went through the Todash space, nothing familiar, just nothingness. I was half a block from the coffee green and I ended up by Carbunkle. I felt annoyed afterward.
Tuesday - nothing.
Wednesday - nothing.
Today - Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I thought I heard my name, and it was creepy, and I stepped and ended up at that statue. You know the one. The vision one. I was scared. Before, during, after. No visible landmarks in the todash space.

Not again. The thing that killed my sister and made me feel it does not get to come back here when I'm not even allowed to get h and do this to anyone else. Please, someone, tell me we have this under control.

Today is the grand reopening of The Colorful Canvas, since I've taken ownership of it. There are various promotions, specials and discounts throughout the whole store. We have art supplies, crafting supplies, a plethora of yarns, fabrics for quilting, and even stationary kits.

Plus today, we have little finger sandwiches, a platter of veg, biscuits, other snacks and an assortment of drinks for those who wish to stop by as well as one stressed out owner.
