Suppose I've about crawled out of this hangover, now.

I made a big pot of vegetable soup and baked some bread. Not as good as my usual due to the lack of fresh ingredients, but it's hearty and warm so come help yourself.

I also managed to cobble together a small batch of cookies. They're in the room.

I used my powers. A really little kid walked in front of one of those horses with the carriages. I made the horse stop long enough for the mom to pick up her kid, so he didn't get hurt. I thought the locals would think the horse stopped on its own. They looked at me and the way I had my hand out, in a really weird way. They didn't say I looked like a devil or anything like that to me. But they were whispering to each other.

If you need things from the general store, you can open a line of credit. It will only hold you for a month, and you'll have to pay whatever you owe, but this works for most shops. If you need help, if they're resistant, I can help you if you like.

Alright, with this... possibly permanent expansion of the ghost line, there's more opportunity for both danger and trouble.

Rules still stand, we need to be extremely careful with breaking rules or doing any illegal shit. It'll be a lot harder to get you out of trouble in Boston.

Anyone test the limits on how much they notice out there in Boston? Ain't like the locals, is it? Who don't notice weird shit and monsters and whatever?

I don't know if I really need to remind you all but damaging public property and attacks on locals are illegal and if you are found out there's only so much the PD and DA can do here to protect you.

A mouth breather asked me to sign a petition.  I guess he didn't mind mistakes if they don't live at Pickman or he thought I'm a local. I didn't bother using my powers. All that 'just say no' stuff from school in California worked good enough.

Would you like to sign this petition?  No.
You must agree that Father Andrew is a force for good in this community?  No.
Surely, you must be pleased with what the church has done for us and want to rebuild.  No.
You see that the Pickman vagrants are a danger to residents and businesses in our community.  No.

Considering how touchy some of our fellow townsfolks are getting, and the repeated ideas and suggestion of harm to the protestors, I thought it was important to reach out to you and MIST.

I was pulled into a meeting on Monday with the Mayor and Father Andrew regarding the incident at the church It was pressed upon me how important it was to find who is responsible for the fires - with the implication that it is one of our own.

Hiya, El. This is going to sound funny, given our chat on the network the other day, but I've been talking with your dad and we think I've got your powers. Would you mind giving me some pointers? I clearly need to work up to tidying-with-telekinesis at least, given that I've just wrecked my bookcase, and I've been hearing people's thoughts which is new(ish) - when the sea god first attacked, something happened and I got telepathy for a while but it went away again. That wasn't fun at all, I couldn't control it.

If you find yourself overwhelmed with these new powers, some of them can be turned off. I have the ability to go into minds and turn those off. This is only when it involves powers, not when it involves a complete biological change such as vampirism, zombieism, and suddenly finding yourself as a ghost.

I'd really rather prefer that you don't fuck things up, yes?
