NYE CHARITY EVENT
NEW YEAR’S EVE CHARITY EVENT
THE PARTY
Welcome to the Carbunkle house. Your seats have been assigned, please make sure you take them once dinner service starts. Doors opened at 7:00 pm with refreshments and light appetizers being served. The orchestra will be playing.
Dinner services begins at 8:00pm. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options are available as well as chicken, fish or steak options. A dessert table will be open once the tables are cleared.
Around the edges of the room, tables have been set up showcasing what’s on offer for the charity auction.Dancing, dessert, drinks and light food service will continue until right before midnight when the countdown will begin to round off the year.
The party is sticking to the main event rooms on the first floor, but guests are permitted to walk around the building and the grounds outside of it as they need to. The archives, library and any offices are locked up tight.

If you’d like to bid on something, write your name and amount on the paper provided and slide it into the appropriate box. Top bidders will get the prize and they’ll be delivered the next day.
The items for the auction can be found HERE. Comments will be screened for each item and will be open until January 2, 12pm PST. After that the highest bidder for each item will be informed their character got the item.
