Considering how touchy some of our fellow townsfolks are getting, and the repeated ideas and suggestion of harm to the protestors, I thought it was important to reach out to you and MIST.

I was pulled into a meeting on Monday with the Mayor and Father Andrew regarding the incident at the church It was pressed upon me how important it was to find who is responsible for the fires - with the implication that it is one of our own.

	Yeah, I think we all knew that was coming. So far, no. The fire department is taking it's first crack at the forensics and the scene. I suspect we've got more than a few theories floating around, but nothing concrete yet. That said, I don't think any of us can afford for it to come to light that any of our mistakes was involved. 	Too many. To say nothing of those who still had control of their powers. Neither one of them said outright that they thought it was us, but that was certainly the implication. As far as I know, there is no actual evidence to tie any of us to the fire. Not yet. If they know anything themselves they aren't sharing. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Who also wanted the Church destroyed. Did they not learn the first time they tried to mess with the Church?

Let's hope that — if it was one of us — they're not stupid enough to have left clues.

Unsurprising. It's weird though. I looked up Father Andrew, and I cannot find a mention of him before he got to Dunwich last year. Suspected alias, obviously, but his fingerprints aren't in any systems I've been able to break into. But they wouldn't be unless he worked for the government or had a record. I find it hard to believe that a man who killed his parishioner has no priors at all.

	I'm all for destroying that Church, but doing it by force isn't the way to do it. You have to discredit a place like that, and even then, some people will dig their heels in. He could be. Might be how he knows so much about us. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I agree with you there, attacking an institution like that, no matter how corrupt only serves to increase the loyalty of those who are faithful to whatever is happening there. 	It's not that I don't trust magic, but I like something I know the ins and outs of. Might be worth it though. He showed up after Loki was yanked from the Church. I don't remember seeing him around before. (Reply to this) (Parent)
