Just in case anyone ever needed to find Dunwich Middle School, it's actually housed within the elementary school. Soooo glad I sorted that out today, I would have been very confused tomorrow morning trying to get to work because I'm a middle school guidance counselor now. I'm so excited! It was absolutely the weirdest thing, okay? I was waiting for my doctor's appointment when, suddenly, a guy gave me a lanyard that he said he saw me drop. I said, "Not mine, sorry!" and he said, "Isn't this you?" and so I looked and on the lanyard was an actual ID with my face and my name and everything. I will, of course, do my absolute best by Dunwich's kids. Here's hoping they make a little more sense than their parents do.

Would anyone be furious if I dipped into the money jar to buy makeup? I would pay it back and then some as soon as I got my first paycheck. You only get one chance to make a first impression and I'd like mine to be as close to my best as I can get with the most acceptable of all the cheap, awful drugstore makeup Dunwich has to offer. If it's a problem, I totally understand. I'm asking because I get that it's dumb and frivolous, it would just make me feel better on my first day at work. If it's a problem, I will find another way. Thank you!

FILTER: RICHIE I know we said hall party but I just do not know how to half ass a single damn thing so I really wanted to wait until I had some resources to pull from but time is a luxury we just don't have, Richie. We need to strike while the iron is hot. The iron = HUGE and (probably) DELICIOUS lobsters. We'll barely even have to worry about food if we can score even just one of those. Nobody is going to turn up their nose at lobster. Okay, so I've been here for over a week now, cool, cool, it's fine. I did get a letter saying that I'm officially enrolled at the high school. Apparently, all of my paperwork checks out and they have my class schedule ready for me.

That's weird, right? I figured since I'm 17 I would need some kind of guardian to get all of that worked out.

Is anyone else a Junior? Anyone in AP classes?

I'm going to need supplies, and I just bought a new set of highlighters back home, and they're the fancy kind! They don't bleed through the paper!

For those of you that are still studying the ghost line, or really all the other anomalies, I have thoughts or some things that might help. My suit came with me through the fog, and it has a tracking device as well as a communicator. I might have to fiddle with it to get the right frequency here, but I thought it might be useful.

So it turns out, they needed a full time bartender at Todash Tavern. It's really given me an interesting glimpse into the locals. Some of them are really giant assholes. I think I'd prefer the giant lobsters over them. The jukebox is broken, so don't bother unless you're okay with some random song you didn't pay for coming on.

On the other hand, it's busy and it keeps my mind from wandering places.

Anyone else having absolutely no trouble with identification? I just got a job in the Town hall in their license and permits department. Without any sort of identification. They just took me at face value and hired me.

The good news is that I'll have access to whatever licenses and permits we might need.
