Network comm for The Land of Make Believe

It's been a rather long week. I'm not quite as tired as some people seem to be from those odd dreams, then again I only had the one really and that was long enough ago that I recovered. What has been tiresome is all the spell work I've been doing with Tabby, but it's paid off nicely with that pool. I'd like to thank all others who helped with it. For the winter I'll work on doing something with it to maybe make it stay warm. Does it snow here in the winter?

And it's self-cleaning, but that charm will have to be enforced every month to keep it strong and working correctly.

Beyond spending my free time avoiding working on that, the rest has been spent within the city but I have the next two days off, so if anyone should need me for something I'll be in my quarters.

We never had anything like this in District 12, it's almost too beautiful. The technology looks similar to District 13, everything there is so advanced. Katniss tells me not everyone here is from Panem, where are you from? What is it like?

Buttercup seems to be getting along fine here...he just brought me back a bird in his mouth. Though I know he likes to hunt, it's still a little upsetting. I'm going to go bury it, the poor thing.

Well! I've got myself one heck of a job at a local muggle veterinary office within that city. Apparently they rather liked the healing charms and spells I can do and want to make use of them. Fantastic I say, as their technology is quite nice as well. Though I'm having to do some of my work separate of theirs as magic doesn't work best when there is all sorts of electronic gadgetry being used in the same room.

Still, it's something and I love the work.

Has anyone seen Hermione? I went by her room and she wasn't there. I need to talk to her and I can't find her.

What a funny place! At first I thought perhaps I was back at Hogwarts and this was a lucid dream (and maybe it still is and maybe our whole existence is just one long dream?) because when I stepped out into the hall it was covered in the most familiar decorations! Green and Silver! Did Slytherin win the house cup?? But how odd that I, a Ravenclaw, would dream such a thing!

Then it occurred to me that perhaps this was no dream as I found this funny little muggle device near my bedside table and a scroll that seemed apt in explaining this place as best as it could.

It does not explain where Luna went off to, however, as I woke up alone. It also does not explain why I awoke to nightfall when I don't care to sleep through the whole day very much.

I wonder if Luna even came with me, and for that matter who took me if this was a matter of taking? And what sort of place collects people other than a museum of people? Maybe this is real life and the life before this was all a strange dream I've been having for years and..

Don't mind me, just thinking out loud! This is such a delightful piece of technology! Muggles are so very inventive, aren't they? I suppose this contacts others collected here, as well? Anyone I know?
