My ears are ringing. I woke up this morning and there is so much pressure, kind of like flying, and my ears hurt. I don't know which is worse, but maybe that means this is ending. I want to go out to the woods, but my ears throw my reflexes off. I think I am going to train in the morning for something to do.
I am considering asking her out when I can hear again. She is beautiful and she likes me, I think. Why am I so bad at this?
I can taste again! I can taste! Everything tastes so strong... I guess going without for a long time makes me a little sensitive when it finally decides to come back.

Still can't taste anything. Bizarre. But I can smell things and imagine. It's making taste testing at work a little difficult. They understand, though, they say that strange things happen at the castle all the time.

I can't hear anything. I haven't left my room for three days, except for necessities. How am I supposed to hunt or do anything if I can't hear. My whole equilibrium is off, or it feels off. There is nothing that works.

So for the past two days, I haven't been able to taste a thing. It's the strangest feeling, because everything else seems perfectly normal, and it isn't like my tongue is swollen up or numb or anything. I can smell the same as always, and I wondered if it might have just been the meal I was eating, so I'm just..at a loss. Has this happened to anybody else? The not tasting, I mean?

Thirty does not feel any different than twenty-nine. Then again I'm only on the first day of thirty. I miss Astoria.
My new schedule with my job is a bit demanding. But I'm enjoying it immensely. I work most nights, but have mornings off, so I like brunch. And I'm working all weekend, too, since that's when people go out to eat in fancy restaurants.
I've got a few hours of this morning, speaking of brunch. Is anyone else free?

So here is a thought on the jobs situation. I can take what I hunt and sell it to the butcher in town. He cleans the meat and does whatever he does. I can do this as an independent. What if we have a group of hunters, bringing in so much a day? It would be a regular thing and we could find more clients to supply.

We're very thankful for the strike to be over. You can thank Dr. Tam for helping relieve one of the demands in offering health care to the workers and I'm glad to be part of that. As such being said, I'd like to offer a similar deal to those residents in the castle. I am a licensed medical doctor and considering I am unfamiliar with how insurances work here I'm willing to do my services for a low fee or nothing at all depending on the need. Don't hesitate to ask or stop by should you need something.
