With school being let out for the summer, if any of the children are interested in additional magical studies (or tutoring in general), I would be more than willing to lend my assistance.

The same goes for adults who would like to compare notes.

The children here are in serious need of some discipline. In some cases I'd even advocate corporal punishment.

How do parents and carers even begin to cope with some of them?

I ever find who's in charge of the Land of make believe and all that? I'm putting a bullet between their eyes.

I found an exit door. I found it serves me little good since, while I can go through it, I cannot proceed too much further without being brought back here, the return journey being accompanied by some not-inconsequential discomfort. Even pain.

Is this just me, or has the same happened to anyone else?

Okay, this place is a trip. I am locked in a box all day, but at night, it's crawling. I love the Civil War people. This has got a bit of everything, even dinosaurs.

I know that these are displays, and that is pretty damn cool, but there is this name plate with my name on it, and there is this biography about me. Has anyone else seen these? I didn't know there was a show called the Vampire Diaries, but the history is pretty damn accurate.

Anyone find anything interesting out there?

So... someone kidnaps me, drops me into the oh-so creatively titled land of make-believe with some weird paper money and weird primitive communications device, and that's it?

I'm beginning to really like this place. It's not home, and never will be, but it's definitely turning into 'a' nice home.

May is fast approaching and, as such, I was wondering if any here celebrate the festival of Beltane.

It's not something that was known in my own world, but in my years on Earth I earned a lot of money performing at Beltane festivals. I'm not after money here, naturally, but it might be entertaining to observe the celebration, which from what I learned on Earth, is an old religion rite in which Spring is welcomed. It involves a lot of flowers, fire... and a considerable amount of alcohol although whether that bit is truly necessary or just a modern affectation, I have no idea.

Still... what do people think? Might it be something we'd like to do as a "residents activity", as it were?

Okay, kids. This is me coming out of my coffin-shaped closet. I'm a Vampire. I'm on the wagon and trying not to drink blood... Basically doing my damn best to be decent, but I know you had a lot of crap with it all before I arrived, so... Anyway, I'll stay away from anyone who wants me to stay away. Did you lot know that sloths only defecate once a week? Also, their fur is a bloody good breeding ground for algae.
