I looked into the school in the city and it seems more than adequate for the children. I understand if they have magic they wont be taught just yet in magic, but I am sure those of us with it can join together and teach them what we consider strengths. For now, the school they have is more than good enough for them. I had a look around and the children are well behaved and extremely well taught.

So I really need a job now that I can't get free food anymore, but this eternally 15 thing isn't good for my job prospekts. Think Artemis will mind if I use my Hunter powers for entertainment? It's amazing how much people will pay to have me shoot an apple off their head.

The strike can't last forever, right? You know, after working with such lovely people in the kitchens all week, I have a feeling that I could do something like this professionally. I'm going to see if I can figure out what it'd take to get a job in a restaurant. I'm sure they'll have me washing dishes at first, but I can work my way up in the world! Maybe some day I'll become a great chef. My dad owned and operated a Chocolaterie back home, and I learned a bit from him about that sort of thing.

Wow, not used to having so much optimism. This 'second chance' thing is a little crazy.

Alright, this place is boring. But I'm thinking that probably has just enough to do with me as the place, so I figure it's time to change that. Whose up for a night out?! I am.
