Involuntary RPG Journal Entries

Yeah, so, having awesome superpowers aside, is everyone here except me a nerd living some sort of comic book geek wet dream? For awhile, I thought I'd wandered onto some geek message board instead of IVI's network, but I guess not. No, I'm not bitter or anything that the only blind superhero is that one guy in that shitty Ben Affleck movie. I'll give it props for the totally accurate scene of the blind guy seeing with raindrops though. I knew there was a reason why I liked hanging out in the showers after swimming practice so much.

And I'm going to need someone to tell me what's going on during tonight's movie. I can usually figure out what's going on from the dialogue and sound effects, but the last ones and trailers tell me I'm going to think I'm watching a three-hour cough drop commercial or something's wrong with the sound.

[OOC note: I'm still slogging my way through intros, BUT if your Canadian character attended the Toronto Vol school any time since it opened, they'd know Danny in some way already.]

Sorry, but where are all the other Canadians here? We need to get together some time and have a cultural night where we dress up in our national costume of Mountie uniforms and sit around an in apology circle in an igloo just like we always do at home. Or have a maple syrup pissing contest. I'm not picky. Americans pretending to be Canadians are welcome, and so are Brits so we can cling to you guys and talk about how we're more like you than Americans. Unless you're French-Canadian, eh?
