alright. my turn, sorry. for anyone who saw me last night, i'm not joking when i say i'm going to miss you all. sorry i was a bit drunk.

i suck at goodbyes so i'm going to say i'm hoping i'll see many of you later, or soon or sometime. i don't think i'll ever come back to australia, but maybe one day. i'm not ruling anything out because who knows what's going to happen, you know? but if any of you find yourself in vancouver, call me up. i'm really lucky to be going back to a city where there's a few of us there.

alright guys it's that time of year. my favourite time of year, or one of them.

the sports cable channel we get is going to show the games from the day before (or earlier in the day for us) starting 7pm each day. trust me, i spent far too long googling this yesterday. and all of us clinched a playoff spot, except mike's team because the flames suck so bad luck to the cowtippers. we can just claim a common room each night, any suggestions as to which is best? they're all kind of the same, really.

we've got two in-ivi matchups in the first series: bruins (priscilla) v leafs (hailey and stephen), habs (isla) v senators (astrid). other than that me and marty will be supporting canucks v sharks, nelly is pens v islanders. we don't have anyone from san jose in this place do we?

who's interested in doing a pool. with i guess drink tickets? give me ideas.

nhl getting up and running is pretty much the best news right now. we've got the ducks, oilers and flames in the first week. gonna have to work out how to watch all of them here, though. five games against the flames and oilers in the season, four each against minnesota and colorado avalanche. the rest all get three. not bad.

bit annoyed that i won't be able to go watch the on-ice practice but whatever
