Serious question here. Mostly to others like me that lost loved ones here, but honestly open to anyone.

Is it dumb to keep holding on to hope that the person you love might be brought back here? I mean, lots of people have vanished and then come back down the road. Why not our loved ones, right?

There's a part of me that wants to be all down and stuff... but honestly: I just helped fight The Empire and bodyslammed an Imperial Walker like it was Andre The Giant at WrestleMania 3. I kinda feel like a bad-ass right now.

I think it's time I start getting my life back together. Just because I'm grieving doesn't mean I can't do something with my life.

You know, let's all be honest here for a minute.

No matter how tough you are, how much of a loner you claim to be... nobody wants to be alone around the holidays. I know I don't.

And face it: because of the purges (and the fact that the reality gem seriously sucks), there's an awful lot of us that are gonna be facing Christmas/Hanukkah/Life Day/Kwanzaa/Whatever alone this year.

So I can't be the only one thinking a singles mixer is a good idea. Just a way for all of us to have a halfway decent shot at meeting someone to enjoy the holidays with.

All ages, all races, all species... we can make sure people are separated by age so nothing gross happens... let's just have fun, dammit.

Five years...

Well, they said that I'm back in 2019, just a few days after I left. So I guess that's a good thing. But I guess it's time to blow daddy's mind again.

So daddy, Izzie, or Kyla... can one of you come and get me from the Welcome Center? I want to go to school and see Tia, Erin, and Nessie. Well, I'll actually be needing to enroll in Freedomtown High.

To everyone from my world/timeline... we finally won, but it wasn't without its costs. I'm just going to leave it at that. And of course by "we", I mean all of the heroes, of course.
