Happy Birthday to me, I'm finally sixteen!

The morning of Christmas Eve, we invite everyone young and old to come have meal with Jolly St Nick at the Crashdown Cafe before he flies around the world giving out presents. The event will start at 8AM and end at 11AM. Santa will be available for pictures.

The restaurant will be closed to the public at this time and while we're not charging anything to attend, there will be a sign up list available. Of course, we won't turn away anyone who isn't on it as long as there is a child present.

Those scheduled to work that day, you will be given an elf costume to wear for the duration of the event with time a half pay for being willing to come in.

We would like a few more additional elves to be Santa's little helpers. If you would like to volunteer, please contact myself ( Liz Evans ), Maria Guerin, or Isabel Whitman.

Hey hey hey, residents of Knowhere!

It's your pal (and likely your crush, but no big, if I were you I'd crush on me too) Peter Quill.

So, as many of you noticed, we had a visitor show up a few days ago from Galador. Cute little thing called Ikon? Yeah.

So, I know a lot of you think we've done nothing so far while you've been here. Not true. We've been trying to fix the reality stone, as well as improve your living conditions for as long as you're stuck here.

Well! My handsome self is here to tell you that is not true! I've got two awesome pieces of news to share with you all today.

First: For the last few months, Cosmo, Ronan, and myself have been meeting with the High Council of the planet Galador. It's a planet remarkably like Earth, in terms of terrain, atmosphere, water, and air. Very much livable. Everything's been ironed out, and next week, we're going to be sending everyone down to live there. The planet lost a lot of it's occupants to war, and the Galadorians are being gracious enough to allow us a full continent, to do with as we please. It's going to be a work in progress, being continually built around you. A near-exact duplicate of Freedomtown has already been constructed and will serve as the capitol. There will be real jobs, real houses, all of it. We've even taken into consideration some of the people here and where they're from, to allow every as much home comfort as possible. As an example, the following are a few of the locations being completed right now:

- Winterfell
- The Monster Metropolis
- Gotham City
- Mos Eisley


There will be lots more, too. It's a huge undertaking, but we're trying to make this place not just a refuge, but a HOME. "Well, gee Star-Lord, why go through all this trouble when people can be just randomly yanked out of this reality at any time?" Well, I am so glad you asked. Because that brings us to our second bit of news!

Second: With the help of some of the greatest minds in this reality (primarily Stephen Strange, Reed Richards, Tony Stark, and Victor Von Doom), we've finally managed to make a little bit of progress in our attempts to repair the reality stone. We still can't just... get people home, BUT! If the stone tries to pull someone out of THIS world, the person will be able to use sheer will-power to stay, if they please. In other words... we can't prevent you from coming here, but we can prevent you from LEAVING, if you wish to stay.

The High Council of Galador will try not to interfere with your new "country" unless necessary. They're going to let the place be ruled by an elected representative (a "president", more or less), who will in turn answer to the High Council and their Queen.

This is pretty damn cool, and very generous of the people of Galador. So let's all be grateful to them and to the ones who helped keep the stone more stable.
