I haven't felt a sense of accomplishment like this in a long time. I've started my own company, I've gotten serious with a great woman, I've made some wonderful new friends, and just... I feel so lucky and content right now.

Thanks to all the new friends that decided to go dancing with me a few nights ago. It made me feel a lot better, at least for a while.

I found a place in Commerceport that specializes in food, decor, and arcade games from the 80s, run by a guy from Earth that was brought here right FROM that decade. Anyone wanna tag along and watch me get my geek on?

Last evening during the attacks, Tonks and I were on a patrol of Freedomtown to do what we could to take down some of the parasite monsters. At one point we were overwhelmed by a cluster of them and got separated.

By the time I was able to reach her again, Tonks had already been bitten and had died a short while later.

I really hate to do this to you, but I'm at a loss for what else to do.

Is Ellis okay? I know Arizona's here now, and obviously I know all too well how difficult all of that was back in Storybrooke. I'd hoped maybe I'd helped her move past that, but I'm not so sure now. Every time I try and talk to her she seems distant and distracted. And like she's trying just a little too hard to pretend things are fine.

Is there anything you can tell me about how she's doing without betraying her trust? I'm just concerned I might be on the verge of losing her.

Thank goodness for having Emme here. She's made the adjustment to this place far easier than it would've been otherwise.
