I am so bloody excited right now.

When Rachelle told me she was stepping back from AWS as a full-time band so she could focus on motherhood and acting, I honestly figured I'd just take a break from music for a while. But when I heard what Olive and Victor had done with Collision of One so far, I fell in love. I knew instantly I needed to be part of it. I believe in this band so entirely that it fills my soul.

That said... we're going to be recording a song that I wrote personally, and I'm so damn proud of that.

'Ello, loves. Just wanted to give you both an earrrrrrrrly warning (since I know you both worry) about the song I wrote. I wrote it years ago, after Courtney Kowalski almost killed me. It will very likely upset you. Just know that I do NOT feel like that anymore.

It came to my attention recently that someone I care about was afraid I might be a suicide risk.

Rest assured, that is not the case. No matter how miserable I feel, no matter how empty I feel inside, I am a survivor. I may not get to live the life I wanted to live... but I'll still live whatever is left of it. I am going nowhere.

This is why I hate emotions. They contradict each other, make you a hypocrite, and in the long run, do nothing but hurt you mentally and spiritually.

For instance.

Recently, I've been doing my best to keep everyone at arm's length. Not because I don't like them, but because it's easier than hurting when I inevitably lose them.

Yet... here I sit, typing this and thinking about how lonely I feel right now. Hypocritical and contradictory.

I'm beginning to think that perhaps I'm broken. Whether in a mental, spiritual, or emotional way, who knows. But I'm considering that perhaps I should find somewhere here that's barely inhabited and just isolate myself from the world.

I've realized why I feel... sadder than usual these past few days.

It was a year ago that I was allowing myself to feel grateful for once. Because for the first time in my life, I had found a family.

I had built that with Queen Tea Marvelli (who had become not only my boss, but like a sister to me), Denny Duquette (the man I would pick if I could choose my father), Katie Fitch (my soulmate and one true love), Freddie Mclair (the closest thing I've ever had to a brother), and Dr. Isabel Stevens (my confidante, and like a mother to me).

And now... only a year later, only Mr. Duquette remains.

In one year, I lost the rest of my family. The family I made myself.

I don't often allow myself to be emotional anymore, but if any of you can see this out there, wherever you are? I love you. I miss you. Please come back to me.

AHHHHHH! This is the coolest thing ever!!!!

Ok, so, not having my fam here? Not so cool. But a real multiverse!!! And all these cool people and places are real here!

So, the Welcome Center (which is SUPER cool, btw) explained to me about the network and how the phone they give us kinda uses it as a form of social media, and I'm totally here for it.

I'm Brianna. I'm 19, a freshman in college (well, I mean, not anymore I guess?), and I'm kinda obsessed with video games and comic books.

I see there are some real-life Final Fantasy characters here... I apologize in advance for the absolute idiot I'm probably going to make of myself when I meet you.
