It's that time of year to celebrate our Freedom. We have so much to be thankful for this year that others don't. Starting at dark, we are having a Men in Black Marathon. The Marathon will start at five. The fourth movie will stop at midnight so everyone can see the fireworks, resuming fifteen minutes after the movie ends.

There will be plenty of food and fun things to do. This year lifeguards will be chaperoning the pool so you can go swimming.

Hot Dogs for lunch, along with salads; hamburgers, chicken, or veggie plates for dinner. Bring money to purchase the specialty food items like funnel cakes for example. You'll see me at the Shave ice booth. Proceeds from this sale will go to charity.

Yeah... not exactly New York, but I'll take it. Granted, I may have made a girl at the Welcome Center cry.

So April Cole... they said that if you're up for it, I should stay with you. For anyone who cares? My name is Maya.

Not to step on Kat's toes, but I feel like a big, end-of-the-school-year bash needs to happen. Something in the woods with a bonfire that is separate from the PRIDE events? Would anyone be interested?

Now it's becoming a reality, David and I will be dads here any day now. Thank goodness the nursery is all set up and I think that everything is ready to go. Oh boy, I am really nervous, but I am ready at the same time.

I thought that morning sickness was bad....nope having to pee because this baby is kicking my bladder every five minutes is the worst. I might as well just work in the bathroom to get my stuff done.

You know sometimes I wish that I had adapted cooler abilities besides being able to regenerate my body parts, but you know what, knowing that I can do that is just as amazing as anything else. I am learning so much here at this school. But, I can't wait to go back home over the summer to spend time with my family.

I can't believe that David and I are about to welcome a newborn baby here pretty soon. I have been working on the nursery and getting it ready. Plus helping out with Kat as much as possible.
