So when should I start potty training? He's 20 months old. And how? I'm clueless when it comes to toddlers. I was a kid when Beto, Lucia, and Val were Rafa's age.

Looks like the second season of Idol is coming soon.

I just want to wish good luck to all of you participating this year. Last year's show was one of the most surreal but most fun experiences of my life.

Be ready, because no matter how you do, it will change your life.

Hell, I only made it through the first couple rounds, and I still get 'fan mail' asking me about my performance at the Finals.

I hate asking for help but in this case, I have no choice. My youngest siblings are here, they're one and twelve, and I need to find some sort of childcare for Rafa, maybe some afterschool care for Val. Back home we tried a daycare then we got a nanny for him. I don't have much yet here to pay for either but I'm working on it. Is anyone willing to help me out? I can't afford to stay home with him. I have four kids to take care of now.

I woke up today hoping this would be a dream and I'd be back home with Natalia but it's not and I guess I really am stuck here. I better start looking for a job because I have two teenagers to look after; one that eats like a horse and one that will need a whole new wardrobe.

My only experience is working at my family's Mexican restaurant and playing in my band but I don't think the latter would carry any weight here. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
