We had a very special young arrival brought to us by the gem today, and she's going to need a very particular kind of guardian.
She's a young girl, maybe 12 or 13, but she isn't able to tell me anything about herself. She isn't sure of her name, or where she comes from, or anything much about her life.
She has some time of abilities as well. She touched a plant in the Welcome Center and I watched it wither up and die shortly afterward. And one of her hands is skeletal. Like no flesh or muscle or anything. Just bone.

I would like to broach the idea of setting up a welcoming committee for Galador. I know you are all extremely busy and I hope you won't take this as a criticism of the job you've all been doing here. I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say how grateful we all are for everything you've done since our arrival.
That being said, however. The current process for new arrivals can be extremely confusing. I'm sure you've seen the number of confused posting that gets thrown up on this network. And I'd like to offer my services to help with that. But I also don't want to step on any toes. Please let me know if this is something that you would be interested in letting me assist with. I have a lot of ideas, ranging from a welcome center with food, clothes, and medical supplies for anyone who might need them on arrival. A protocol for any minors who show up unaccompanied. And an updated informational packet. Among others.

It has been quite some time since we all got together for dinner. Which is unacceptable. So, I expect to see all of you this Saturday at 6pm.
Unlike most of our family dinner's this one will be potluck. I look forward to seeing what culinary creations you might bring.
