When several large transport ships touched down in various parts of Galador, spilling small armies of stormtroopers into most of the bigger cities of Galador, they saved the biggest transport for Galactic City. They'd spotted the Jedi Temple there while preparing for the debacle that was the Doom/Krennic summit, and were determined to take it for their own.

With most of the more experienced Jedi out fighting... it left the temple mostly unprotected. Obi-Wan Kenobi had been on his way back to the other Jedi when he saw an Imperial Inquisitor forcing his way into the temple.

Filtered to all Jedi
I've been feeling a disturbance in The Force for a few days now. Have any of you? Something feels... I don't know... I have a deep feeling of dread and I'm not certain why.


Private to Chi
Chi... I need you to double your efforts in protecting the entrance to the caves. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I feel that something terrible is coming.

We are taught, from an extremely young age, that attachment is forbidden. That when we lose someone dear to us... not to mourn, and to instead celebrate that they are now one with The Force.

And while it is not an easy thing to do... I have managed, for quite a long time, to do just that. Even with the number of friends I've lost to war, both by death and by betrayal, I keep to the Jedi creed.

But now that, in this place, the new Jedi Order is encouraging embracing attachment, I'm finding that allowing myself to miss those I've lost is both surprisingly natural, and incredibly painful.

Padme. Satine. Qui-Gon. Cody. Master Yoda. Allowing myself to miss them is both relieving and crushing.

So New Year! And a lot of files updated!

Anyone got anything fun planned?

So. Been here and there. Mostly... doing that whole thinking thing again.

The Gems seem to create their own continous paradoxes. A thing has never been here before, until it's brought, and suddenly it's always been here, it was never not here. The big problem with that is that... Well, actually maybe let's not point that bit out. Pretty sure reality's tenous enough here already.

ANYWAY. ... What was my point again? Oh! Now I remember.

Force Users - can I study you? I've never gotten the chance to study the Force before. Not properly. Would love it!

I've just returned from a long expedition of exploring this planet. I'm very... puzzled by some things.

While I understand that this gem is combining pieces of various realities... according to that logic the Jedi should be "fictional" in this world. Yet... all over this planet, I feel the presence of The Force. In everything from plantlife to native beings. Is it possible that The Force is powerful enough to exist even in realities in which it shouldn't?

I left looking for answers... yet I return with more questions.

I feel as though, I've been lacking. I suppose I should pick back up my old regiment of training.

Wee gotta an odd and here... Anyone any good wi' archery? Or wi' sword, I'm no' bad at tha' either. Only I saw some bloke talking' about how he needed tae train more, an' I got tae thinkin' that it wouldnae be so bad ta do a wee bit maself.
