Hello world, I'm not dead - just been busy.

I know this isn't my normal kind of music, which makes this more speacil to me. My heart and soul was poured into this.

Thank you to Letterkenny Farm for the low key photo shoot. Thank you to Wayne (Lucy when she was there) and Kat - owners of the farm, who got to hear a lot of the songs in the works. I couldn't ask for a better girlfriend in Kat and a more honest friend than Wayne has become for me. Let me tell you, he's very honest...scarily so at times.

Thank you to all of my family, my friends - Penny, Nate and Anna for all the video chats and help during studio time.

On a bittersweet note: I'm going to take a break from music for awhile. I will still do pop up shows here or there, but I have a life I want to live and it's not all about music.

I'm a little disappointed that my new song didn't get much reception. I guess next time I shouldn't share such a personal song.

Back in April, I went through a few rough days concerning my displaced wife.

I didn't handle it well but something good did come out of it; a song. The day everyone left me alone, I escaped within myself and just wrote. I kept it to myself until I was happy enough with it to release it to the public. Well I am now so here goes ...

Almost time for Idol!!!

I'm so freakin' excited. Last year, I was cheering Penny on, and this year she'll be cheering me on.

SO cool.

Of all the crazy shit I've seen here since I arrived, I think the fact that I'm actually dating someone now is the most unlikely thing of all.

I have to say: I definitely made the right decision stepping down. I have tons less pressure at work, more time to spend with The World's Sexiest Taco, and Jack is killing it as new Head of Cardio, so it all works out perfectly!
