Now that we're all here, I'd like to check in with my friends.

Scott and I have been here for five months. We are living in the Doom Republic, where I have been working in the local hospital. I'm also on-call at the Welcome Center to help with the more traumatized arrivals.

Sadly, we are here without our children. I guess thirteen is too young for someone to arrive with their parents, and he would be our youngest. Still, we've taken a boy about that age who happens to look exactly like Scott did at that age.

So ladies, how are you doing? Have you settled in well? Roberta, this includes you.

So I was thinking we need a honeymoon finally. I want to take you away and spoil you and spend some quality time together. I know it is bad timing having just taken in Junior and all, but maybe we can find someone to stay with him just a few days during a break from school? I was kind of thinking of doing this now because at the moment we have no one else in our marriage. And though, I do not mind adding people to us, sometimes I would just like it to be you and I. What do you think of a short vacation? Maybe we can actually work it out to go sooner rather than later? This way it is before all the school stuff gets ahead of us with Junior, and maybe before someone else jumps into our lives, we get some quality time.

Also, speaking of school, we need to go down there with Junior and get him enrolled. Do you have some time Monday morning we can both go? Since that is the day it starts it is a good day to go.

I forgot to say happy breastfeeding week to those mothers that are still breastfeeding. I am one of those mothers. So if you see me breastfeeding my baby daughter in public, mind your damn business.

This place is kind of nice. I don't know how I got here or why I am here. I'm Samantha Albertson, from Indiana. I noticed a few familiar names on the list they showed me, though. Roberta and Scott? Are you here? Where are you both? I will come to check out your town and find a place to stay.

I just got here. My mother is not here, neither is either Coach O' Shea. Ice Box is not here. I do not know anyone. At least I was able to get guardians and not have to live on the streets.

So, is there a pee wee football league around here? At least I can stay in practice for if I ever get home. I hope my mother is not worried about me.
