I can not believe that Declan will be three next month. I had been so busy preparing for his sibling to get here that I hadn't planned a party. I felt so terrible and so I went to Oahu this week when I had a day off from the clothing store and I booked a room at the rec center. I have a very small room, but please, if you have children I am inviting you to come and help my son Declan celebrate on April 24th. I wanted to make sure we celebrated before the baby comes.

It makes my heart feel good to see proof that some of my decisions have made such a positive impact on peoples' lives...

I have some great news!! During Christmas Eve, opening gifts, I got a little something extra for Christmas. AN ENGAGEMENT RING!!! Robert and I are engaged. I can't wait to become Mrs. Sloan. I am one very lucky girl.

I have such an amazing team to help me with this musical. My assistant Diana and I have finally come up with a cast list and after much consideration, we have picked a pretty great cast of characters. Congratulations to the people that were cast in their roles. See below for your part and we will start rehearsals after the New Year.

Again congratulations to everyone! We will have our first rehearsal January 3rd at the Chicago Theater at 4:00 PM.

I took Declan to see Santa Noelle and her elf yesterday morning at The Dot. And now we are enjoying the snow outside the house in New Orleans. He is loving it. What a great start to the holidays.

Just because you kids obviously think that we're not paying attention...

Brett Rosati, you are now required to check-in with me nightly at 9 PM. You are to stay in your room after that. You are also to not have any visitors after that.

I understand that, in the past, my predecessors have allowed for eighteen-year-olds to be responsible for sixteen/seventeen-year-olds from their universe under the close supervision of the social workers, but only in the case of something traumatic happening where they are from that made them feel more comfortable staying close to each other.

- "Poor little rich kids" does not fall under one of those circumstances. Family is the only other exception to guardians being under 21.

Sorry that I had to make an example out of you, Brett. But you are the one that openly asked to stay in your friend's apartment to party on the network. We don't do this to be bummers. In fact, we are actually looking out for the safety of all of the teens who have arrived here without any type of supervision. This place isn't always extra safe and boring. From what I understand, the planet does fall under attack on occasion. I, personally, would much prefer to know where the kids are if anything happens to happen.

Waking up after being shot, to doctors telling you you're on another planet, in another reality might not be the best way to find this all out. Took hours of talking to a a few people in the hospital to finally convince me this wasn't some kind of trauma.

Anyway.

Guess I need to roll with this, same way I do with every other crazy thing in my life. I'm Lt. Eric Martel, LAPD. Or, I was. I guess. Not sure what I have to do to remain in law enforcement here.

I miss my family I hope Prue and the kids are alright
