I found a building suitable for the Institute. There will be some minor renovations and such that need to be done, so we will all need to chip in.

I think certain people in this household, William, need to be more careful of where you store your weapons.

That aside, I think we need to discuss schooling. If you wish to go to a mundane school than there is catch up that must be done. Otherwise, we can work on setting up schooling at home.
