My bestie Lita might not be here anymore... but dammit, she loved having a big Pride party every year, so I'm keeping her tradition alive.

Next Thursday, 8pm, the top of Stark Tower in Freedomtown. We're gonna call it Young Pride 2021, and it's a special party for anyone between 16-23. Obviously no booze will be involved, but we'll have good music, good food, and TONS of fun. Let me know if you're interested, because depending on how many people RSVP, we might need to cap it.

Cheryl had been in this universe for almost two years and it was only recently that she'd started to blossom in her friendships. Kat (one of her longest friends on Galador) had seemed down about something so in an attempt to cheer her up her first thought was obviously 'slumber party!'

Despite being over 18 she still lived with Addison in Sunnydale, so... she could appreciate that she was basically taking over the house for the night. "I promise that we'll leave this place cleaner than when we started." She crossed an 'x' over her heart and everything. She wasn't the raging bitch that she used to be. Well. She hoped so, anyway.

Soooo... I just wanna say that life works in weird flarkin' ways sometimes.

I kept looking for someone who'd want to be with me, and apparently being a major pain in the ass the entire time. But when I finally stopped pushing for it, that's when I found someone.

I'm still a mess, and I know that. I'm weird, I'm clingy, and I'm little too emo at times. But I'm trying to improve, at least.

Despite having very little notice, Cheryl had helped Lita put together a rather spectacular looking party, if she did say so herself (which she did. Often). They'd somehow managed to get permission to have the party on a rooftop in Gotham (although it probably helped that Lita shared an apartment with her parents in that building, but shhh) and they even had a DJ!

And the rooftop? Festooned with rainbows. Rainbow flags, streamers, balloons. Even the desert table wasn't immune! Now. One might wonder where two teen girls could get the funds for such an event, but let them have their secrets!
