Hello, Knowhere. My name is Eric Northman. I have been... given permission to open a bar onboard and as such positions are available. I require at least one experienced manager, one experienced host/hostess, one experienced bartender and one experienced waiter/waitress as well as cooks and kitchen staff. More positions are available, of course, but I require head of staff first and foremost. Those deemed more experienced or capable will be thought of first, but training isn't out of the realm of possibility for those who lack the experience but are willing to work.
I also would appreciate any suggestions for what to name this establishment. Unfortunately my progeny did not travel with me, otherwise I'm sure she'd have something creative in mind.

While you may not be highly experienced (and I would be unable to taste anything that you'd create due to... dietary requirements), I would like to offer you a cooks position at my new establishment. You wouldn't be required to create master meals--
nibbles more than anything--but I do think that you would make a welcome addition. And I wouldn't expect much of you to begin with, as long as you're willing to learn.
