Since she was on Christmas break at the moment Laura tried to dedicate as much time as she could towards the Open Arms Christmas festival. She genuinely did enjoy helping others, although a large part of her wondered if she only volunteered to help to counterbalance everything else in her life. She tried not to think of it now though, since she was manning the ticket booth and didn't want to be the cause of any unnecessary worry. Plus, Donna was due to arrive soon and she tended to pick up on Laura's moods fairly quickly.

My friend Attie invited us to New Years' at her place. Sophia I think is coming, too. Want to hang out there and have a night in for the new year?

Apparently, I'm here on Christmas. Oh well... that hasn't really meant anything to me in years.

I heard that the bunker is here, so I'm going to check that out and see if there's room for me there. I can't really see myself going anywhere else yet.
