It's 2020... exactly 40 years since the last time I changed my form. I'm gonna miss it (that was actually the longest I've ever kept one form), but the older seductress look was getting a bit stale. Time to give the younger, girl-next-door look a try for a while.

It's taken me a while to adjust to the differences in how dark magic works in this world, compared to in my own... but I'm finally getting the hang of it.

Well. I found out two things while messing around on a drum kit at one of the music stores in Commerceport last night.

1. Not many people on this planet know who Slayer is.

2. That doesn't stop their jaws from dropping when they see a teenage girl play along with "Angel of Death" beat for beat.

It's both fulfilling and humbling, getting to train my daughter Leia to wield a lightsaber as of late.

Luckily, she's a far more cooperative student than I was.
