I feel as though everything is starting to feel more real now.

The novelty of being here is long worn off. As is any anger or bitterness I had regarding Michiru. I find that any hope I had for any of this turning around is worn off now too. There's just that feeling of acceptance now, that admission to yourself that this is what you're left with.

I feel that all this time with my beloved Cosima has allowed me to learn more about human behavior, and relating more to Midgardians.

For instance, just the other day, a man made a rather inappropriate comment about what Cosima was wearing, and rather than choke him with his own innards as an example to any others who may have considered adding something, I merely snapped his arm like a twig.

I am not made for this cold weather! Spring and Summer needs to get back here stat. I want to surf, and going sailing, and spend my days lazying on the beach. It's the best. Can we just skip winter?
