HOLY SCHNIKES. We need an ambulance or something at the Welcome Center like yesterday. Whatever our version of 911 or whatevs is, get it here now. There's a guy laying here that's bleeding bad, looks like he was shot.

He's from my world. I don't know him personally but I know who he is. He's a cop and a good guy. Someone get here now!

I've been here for about three days now, and I finally feel like I have my head wrapped around what's going on enough to actually introduce myself.

I'm Natalie. Originally from Belfast, Ireland and spent most of the last 15 years in Los Angeles, CA. I come from a long line of witches, and I'd love to touch base with any kind of covens or general practitioners that might be here.

I'm not sure I like this. Not that I had anything going for myself at home, but I would much prefer to be back in Manhattan right now.

They told me to get on here and introduce myself, so I guess I will. I'm Donovan and for now, I'm just going to take the starter apartment that they offered me in Freedomtown, but I'll start exploring. But it would be nice to have a guide!

I remain concerned about the possible existence of The Black Lodge here on Galador.

There is a very real chance this place of pure evil arrived on this planet at the same time as the town of Twin Peaks. While that brings up concerns of a real, tangible tie between between the two places, it's not my most urgent concern.

If the Lodge exists here, then so does the entity known as BOB. But if everything truly happens for a reason, what possible reason would BOB have for existing on this plane of reality?

On the blessing of Commander Fury, I am beginning an intensive investigation into this. I hope my concerns are merely misplaced paranoia... but I fear that they are not.

Waking up after being shot, to doctors telling you you're on another planet, in another reality might not be the best way to find this all out. Took hours of talking to a a few people in the hospital to finally convince me this wasn't some kind of trauma.

Anyway.

Guess I need to roll with this, same way I do with every other crazy thing in my life. I'm Lt. Eric Martel, LAPD. Or, I was. I guess. Not sure what I have to do to remain in law enforcement here.

Being lonely sucks, let me just say that upfront. Especially when I find myself unable to even look at any guys without thinking about Noah.

SO! I'm settled back in, I got my position at DRH back, and I got to take a look at the internal design of not one, but two Evangelion units.

Now, it's time to start working on my social life again. Most of the people I knew last time seem to be gone, so it's back to the drawing board.

Did I hear that someone mentioned a singles mixer? Because I'd be entirely down with that idea.
