Welcome to the first Summer Sewing Camp taking place this summer of 2020!
Sewing camp gives campers ages 8-17 the opportunity to learn basic sewing skills while sewing clothing and crafts. Each camp session runs for one week for four hours. Campers need to have completed 2nd Grade to come to camp.
We have the machines, equipment, and patterns here in our workshop. Campers will purchase their own fabric and sew four projects during camp.
Beginner campers will sew a pillowcase, patchwork pillow, purse or beach bag and PJ Capris or pants for their first year.
Advanced campers may choose the beginner projects or from the
Projects List.
Parents should email their 1st and 2nd camp session preferences to hold a spot for their child. I will email back confirming their spot for that week. Once you have received confirmation, please download and fill out the registration form and mail it to me with your check for $125. If you register before May 10, receive a $15 discount and pay only $110. Sessions fill up quickly so please contact me on your camp preferences as soon as possible.

What projects will your child work on during their week at camp?
Your child will work on and make four different projects during the week.
What days of the week and at what times will the camp sessions be held?
Each camp session will be held for one week: Monday - Friday
Time of each day's session: 9:30-12:30 PM Beginners / 1:00 - 4:00 Intermediate/Advanced
What equipment and supplies will your child need to participate in?
All equipment, sewing tools, and patterns are provided for your child.
A list of supplies and materials for each project will be provided upon registration. Your child will need to supply material, thread, and other notions for each project. Don't hesitate to look in your fabric stash that you may have. You don't need to spend a lot of money on materials.
How much does the camp cost?
The Cost of the camp is only $125 for the whole summer! Or $25 a week.
However, if you signup for camp before May 9th, the cost is only $110
