I don't know that I've ever been as grateful to have anyone in my life as I am to have Tatum and Lauren. I've only been here like a week, and I feel like I have sisters already.

I'm not used to feeling like this... but I'm pretty sure what I'm feeling is happiness. Maybe even a little bit of optimism.

Sorry I haven't been my peppy, snarky self lately. Losing a best friend will do that to a girl. I've just sort of been burying myself into getting ready for Universal Idol and writing a little more original songs to pass the time.

Well, I am glad that my body parts can regenerate themselves, the other day I was making dinner and I was cutting carrots and cut the tip of my finger off, it did grow back. I guess I do have some good genes in me after all.
