I'm happy to announce that starting tomorrow, pumpkin is back at The Crashdown Cafe!

From Friday, September 13th to Friday, November 29th, we will be offering pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread/muffins, pumpkin pancakes, and a customer favorite; pumpkin spice latte. Ask about what Spaced Out Soups we're offering on any given day during that time and pumpkin may just be one of them.

Due to the hours of the second location in Commersport (11am to 8pm), the breakfast items will not be offered there. Pies will be going there but probably only one or two a day so remember when they're gone, they're gone!

I will start baking in a few hours so let me know if you want a special pie order.

I've been in worse places.

So I spent most of the night chatting with a couple of people from the welcome center. I learned that this world is basically a "what if..." version of where I'm from. I don't have to hide that I'm a mutant here, which is a great relief. Humans had a real stronghold on us back home. They say that they are fairly sure that there are a couple of kids from my world here, but I don't recognize the names. Doesn't surprise me, though. We probably had completely different walks of life.

Anyway, I'm Melody and I think that I'm going to be living in Providence. It's just a matter of getting settled in.

I found my happy place....

Well, that was a trip. I've heard all sorts of stories about going to space and all of the amazing people who live here on Galador, but now I'm ready to experience it.

My name is Isabelle Denborough, but you can call me Izzy. I'm from Earth here in this world and I'm supposed to be reporting to Bex Thornword for my very first job assignment.
