Father's Day is tomorrow and it's really hitting me hard this time. I was here for it last year, but I was still hopeful that my dad was going to show up here at the time. That's a long shot now. It's only Emmaline and I here from our world and neither of us have gone home for those "updates" that I've heard about. So my breath isn't really held on anyone else showing up. It sucks, but it's not exactly a bad thing at the same time. I've made myself a life here. I finally know myself better than I ever tried to before and I'm not afraid to show emotion. That's actually the biggest thing for me.

I just miss my dad.
