I am proud to formally introduce the world to Ethan James Stark. He is 41 hours old, born at 12:31 am June 20, just in time to spend his first fathers day with his daddy. He weighed in at 7 pounds 8 ounces and is 21 inches tall.

He is such a healthy and happy little boy.

So, I need to figure out projects to do. Seems that my bedroom is being turned into a lab, so there is that. Now? I just need to figure out projects and find the right tools. Honestly? A lot of the tools here seem pretty primitive.

I think the milk in our fridge might have gone off. It didn't taste or smell bad, but something is not sitting right in my stomach, and I only had toast for breakfast.

The baby is due in like two weeks. Fuck, what if I drop the baby on his head?

This is the last monthly check in from the clinic before Goodland's one year anniversary. As always, if you're new and there's anything that might affect medical treatment, come let us know. Or let us find out in the middle of an emergency, if you'd prefer. And I know school's letting out for the summer but let's try not to do anything too crazy in the next few weeks. (Says the guy who just attached nanotech wings to his spinal column.)

If anyone's curious, incidentally, I went back and checked and there are six people still here from the first day. Me, Tony, Peter Parker, Natasha Romanoff, Freddy Freeman and Laura Kinney, with Nico di Angelo right behind. I'm pretty sure we're on nearly two hundred, so let's call it 3% of us have been here for a year so far. Or will have been in two weeks, anyway.

Little Dude is almost here. This means I'm looking for some help with the farm. Must like animals and be okay with getting dirty.

I think I'll go for more traditional flavors this week, since not sleeping is now a weekly thing, apparently. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'll put twists on the pies, like caramel apple and Mexican chocolate cream. But I think I'll do the tried and true banana with nilla wafers. It's my favorite.

The past two days were some of the best birthday celebrations I've ever had. Thank you everyone.

I got my acceptance from Columbia today. Now, if I could just pick a major.

You know that new girl that showed up, Amy? I think she's from the same world as me, but she's one of those people who really shouldn't be on the kids floor, but doesn't have anywhere to go, so I was thinking... since we apparently have an empty room now, maybe you could kind of be her guardian, too, just to get her off that floor, like you did for me?

So, I know this is Manhattan or a version of Manhattan and we're surrounded by water, but I'm not looking to go diving into the Bay anytime soon. Are there any good places for swimming? Like a good lap pool? I think I read something about a youth center somewhere. Any chance there's a pool?

And what kind of jobs do the younger crowds have? I can waitress, but I'd really rather not if there are other options.

Of fucking course, because why the fuck not right? I hate this. How do you turn it off?
