So, I know this is Manhattan or a version of Manhattan and we're surrounded by water, but I'm not looking to go diving into the Bay anytime soon. Are there any good places for swimming? Like a good lap pool? I think I read something about a youth center somewhere. Any chance there's a pool?

And what kind of jobs do the younger crowds have? I can waitress, but I'd really rather not if there are other options.

There is definitely a pool. I can show you, if you want.

When I was here before, I had an internship at Stark Industries, but I haven't really been working since I got back. I've been trying to figure out what to do now, myself.

They do. Pool tables and fooseball, there a little bar thing where we can get snacks and drinks, a bunch of computers, places to study. It's pretty damn cool.

...yeah. Tony was my guardian then. I guess I got sent home for a few months and when I got back they put me on the kids floor. At least, until Hope and I moved out into our own place. Perks of having a friend who's 18, I guess.

We've got several! Also the water around the island isn't an option. You can't actually get to it to swim in it even if you were crazy enough to see if it's cleaner than it is at home. Well, some homes. I don't know about all homes and their New Yorks and waters around it.

I'm not really sure, honestly. I was in the early stages of taking some deep sea diving classes before I got here, but that was in Florida. The state surrounded by beaches. The only other thing I've done is waitress.

No, some of them are pretty stupid. I wasn't doing anything science-y if that makes you feel better. I'm Hope, by the way.

There are retail shops, depending on why you don't want to waitress they could be worse or better than food service. I have to admit to being in the same boat, so to speak. Once I graduate in June I have to find a job ASAP.

I didn't really have a job when I was at home. I mean, I did a while ago, but it's not something I want to do unless that's the only thing I can do. The school I went to would be hard to figure out here.
