This is the weirdest thing. I've never seen a droid that just needed to be smacked over the head with a light saber hilt to destroy it. I didn't even have to use the blade.

It took the fun out of it.

I think I've been here for like two weeks or something now and I'm starting to realize I might be here a while. I'm not sure if the classroom in the apartment was a hint for me to go to school, but I really need a fucking job. Does anyone know of any places hiring? I'll pound the pavement anyway, just thought it would be nice to have a general direction in which to go.

I'm taking these desks and building a barricade in the lobby so I can sing show tunes from the top.

Don't judge me if my flag of freedom is a pillowcase. I didn't have time to plan and who doesn't want more sleep?


EDIT: TOMORROW I WILL BARRICADE! Today I am making s'mores for Val and taking Aragorn to the grocery store.

Matt's post reminded me fall is around the corner! I need new sweaters and cute boots. Who is shopping with me?

It's been an interesting few weeks with so much to explore, but I think I need something more constructive to do with my time. Are there places here in need of a good mechanic? I know there are no ships to work on, but I am a fast learner and I am not afraid of hard work!

Lucky was having a great time with some of the animals. I know he's already missing them even if he couldn't actually talk back. If you ask me, though, I'm pretty sure they were all chatting away just fine.

I may have been mildly jealous.

Does anyone want some late-night pizza? Burritos? Grilled cheese? This might be my way of asking someone to either a) get take-out with me or b) volunteer to cook said items so the entire place doesn't burn to the ground.

Mac and cheese would be good, too.

I was out in the park today, I found this little yellow creature. It seems to have taken a liking to me, because it followed me home. For the most part, I think it's harmless, though I did notice little bolts of electricity come out of its cheeks.

I think it maybe frightened the cats a little bit, though.

Gizmo is here and befriended Ethan. Don't worry. We won't feed him after midnight.

Totally worth it.

All my running away traveling and I've never actually made it here so, thanks Entity. It doesn't make up for two straight weeks of monsters, but it's not half bad.

Though I still don't quite understand the holidays here, these little chocolate bunnies are delicious.

All of the sweets here are really good. Though I don't think I care for the marshmallow birds that much. They're almost too sweet.

How are you settling in? I know that being pulled to Goodland and then to somewhere else not even a couple of days after arriving can be really jarring. Do you need anything?

It is extremely warm here. Definitely bringing that down a bit. (For myself. Don't worry, I'm not going to mess with the temperature for everyone else.)

I've been googling for less well-known things to do here. I think I want to explore some of the abandoned buildings and the arboretum and visit the cat sanctuary. And swim in the reefs. Plus all the food and maybe rent out one of the treehouses.

We need to have a bonfire party one night. Saturday?

What are things that are “girl things” and what are things that are “boy things”? I can do a lot of the same things that Torunn can do, and Tony never made us only do boy things or girl things.

There was a girl in class and she had really pretty nail polish. I said that I liked that color and that maybe I would paint my nails like that because it looked cool and I really like the color red and she said that I cant.

So of course I was going to anyway so I didn’t eat lunch so I could take my lunch money to the store on the way home and buy nail polish, but the lady who takes the money said it was only for girls.

Things have been so crazy I'd almost forgotten about Easter.
