As far as mental things go, that trip was maybe a 2 out of 10.

As much as I miss being at the library, it is rather nice to have some time off. I have even been considering getting a Christmas tree. Anyone have suggestions on where to get one? I could magic one but it will be nice to do it the old-fashion way like when I was a kid. Believe it or not, it has been a few years since I have had a tree or a proper Christmas.

If I seem annoyingly cheerful it is because I am dating someone. Oh, and his name is Cisco. Carry on with your lives.

Am I supposed to be in school though? I was in my last year back at home, but I doubt there is a magic school here? Is homeschooling an option or do I get a Muggle job? I am so confused as I am by most things here. There are so many esteemed witches and wizards here, surely someone could help or point me in the right direction. I had a really full schedule with transfiguration, potions, charms, defense against the dark arts, potions, ancient runes, arithmancy.

So... Hugo suggested a magic school or even magic classes, and I would be willing to set something up if people are interested? Naturally, I would need help putting it together in all aspects. Would anyone help with getting things together, class outlines, supplies or anything really? Any volunteers to guest lecture down the road?

I apologize if anyone has been trying to contact me through the network lately. I've been blatantly ignoring it for reasons I'm not proud of. I sincerely hope no one has taken it personally. I just found out some news that had me very depressed for a while but I've realized that wallowing won't change anything.

I've been told that there have been a lot of new arrivals since I last posted on here who may know of me. For those who don't -- I'm Remus Lupin. I come from Wizarding World England of 1978. I work at Stark Industries right now researching how technology and magic might interact in this strange place. Where I'm from, they don't so it's been very interesting.

Goodland can be a bit of a wild ride at times, but the people here have been very kind and supportive for the most part and that helps a great deal. I hope everyone's settling in alright and had a good holiday.

Sooooooo. Today is American Thanksgiving, which, you know, is a strange holiday given what Christopher Columbus actually did, but I'm going to use it to say I'm thankful for something I really took for granted at home. See, I'm part of a HUGE family. And I'm the youngest. And I don 't do anything particularly big or heroic. I only have a job because of my uncle. I really want to be a musician, but I sort of don't want to tell my mum and dad because they are these epic wizards and I'm just...I barely got through school. Anyhow, when I got here, it felt like a vacation from this huge, loud, sometimes crazy overbearing family. But now it has been a little while and I kind of miss them.

So. My name is Hugo Weasley. Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger are my parents. Sorry if I sort of lied by omission before.
