I'm not quite ready to go public with the news just yet, but I have been considering opening a store since I arrived here. I just needed some current capital that wasn't [...] well, gold coins.

And I finally found a suitable venue. There's enough room for the store, a magical research station, kitchen and a small bedroom, as well as a basement.

It appears that Alistair has resumed his royal duties over the kingdom of Ferelden. There have been times when I deeply regret every choice I've made along the way, and putting him on the throne is one of them. So, to let you in on my half-assed plan: I will try every beer this world has to offer, then every frilly and ever so vaguely Royan cocktail and wine. I may make it back to my apartment. Or I may not.

I wanna take Velma out for a night, do something girly, but I don't want to leave Scooby alone either. He's not a difficult dog, he's very well behaved, likes watching cartoons and having snacks, he will watch scary movies if you like them, but he will cower under the blanket with you. He won't need walked, but he might need fed (he always needs fed) and I can pay whoever would be willing to watch him for a few hours.

We're going out for snacks (which are a must) and to explore a little, but tonight everyone should visit the roof to meet Scooby! He really likes treats, so if you have any you want to share, feel free to bring them!

I know I've been rather furtive about my world, but I'm aimless here. My cousins have left for what I've no doubts will be another Thedasian mess, and I can only hope Anders won't blow anything else up - Maker knows that he was lucky enough to escape unharmed the first time.

I'm a brawl-with-the-first-asshole-in-a-bar-who-dares-question-you kind of woman. But I also love nature, and Central Park is not a forest. I want to see Halla, pick elfroot that grows next to almost forgotten forest paths, come across a haunted cave and get to decide whether or not I enter. Where does Alistair belong, if not on his throne? Where do I belong, if not out there? I've got noses to break, skulls to crack and darkspawn to gut.
