I simultaneously love and hate this game. I don't allow myself to play it till my homework is done because I lose literal hours running around picking up shells and fishing and selling things for bells to buy all the things for my house.

I blame Harley. I don't know when it became almost 8, but I need to eat something before I die.

Let's play a game. You can get threes items to personalize your bedroom/apartment/personal space. What do you pick and why? Go crazy. Bonus points for anything unusual or out of the box.

And because I started this, my three things:

01. New quilt. Maybe I'll make this.
02. Chalkboard for the wall, or chalkboard paint for part of the wall with a frame around the space.
03. This pillow.

This is probably something I could look up, but I'd rather ask the hive mind: Is the Museum of Natural History still here, and do I have to pay to go in?

I know it's only been a couple of days, but I'm really not used to a lot of down time and I'm kriffing bored already going kind of stir crazy without a something to keep me busy.

Does anyone know of any good job openings for a former Jedi pilot? I'm good with mechanics, too, if that helps.

Dinner is honey stung fried chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, and mac n cheese. There is salad if you want healthy. That is all.

I should be in school. I had a month left of my junior year before I got here. So now I guess I have two. I know I'm young to be almost a senior, but I tested into the fifth grade when I got back and skipped fourth. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anyway. I should be in school, but I don't know where that is, I don't have any books, and I only have one change of clothes. I have some money, so if I'm a truant, I might as well go shopping. Do we have the normal stores here, or are there specific places I can shop?
