I was hoping it go away after sleep. Yeah, that didn't work. Joy.

Tossing my best friend into cotton candy trees then having to drag said friend home in a literal bubble (thanks, Emma) because he was being stubborn isn't something I ever thought I would do.

So okay, this plus all of the other good shit that's happened since I got here? You win, Goodland. I believe in magic.

Now if you'll excuse me I still have sticky sugar in my hair.

It's a few days early, but that's fine. Saves me from  I'm Dr Sam Wilson and this is your monthly reminder that if you like getting effective and appropriate medical care in an emergency you can come down to the clinic on the ground floor for a quick overview of your medical history and anything we should know.

Try not to go overboard on the candy. You aren't going to get diabetes from one sugar binge but you will be extremely uncomfortable and potentially throw up everywhere. And bring some kind of communications device if you're going out exploring, we have no idea what might be out there. I can fly out for emergency rescues, otherwise I'm staying right here.

So... when I fell back into this reality, I kinda thought 'hey, okay, no big deal', no that I remembered it outside of this reality. But I'm pretty sure that the last time I was here, the roads weren't made of Peppermint Patty.

C'mon Goodland, what kind of acid trip is this?

Trying to stop a four year old eating everything when they think they've woken up inside the chocolate factory is a real struggle.

Parenting classes never prepared me for this.

While I don't think letting the kids just eat everything is a good idea, I think it'll be hard to convince them not to.

I was going to propose an outing? Maybe a more controlled environment will help thwart any serious sugar related issues, or too much sickness.

This really feels like something Mojo would come up with. I can only imagine how the students would have reacted, let alone the other teachers. The mental image of Logan trying to cut through gummy candy foliage is one I'll have to remember.

I know people have said that previously this sort of thing lasts a few days, but if it's modeled on the board game it's possible that someone has to win first.

So this is a real head fuck.

Like it’s one thing to be completely taken away from everything and everyone I know but to be dropped into what looks like a one way trip to a serious sugar coma is another thing altogether.
