Three days ago I watched the pillars of the Temple of Apollo at Troy crumble into the Aegan Sea and fires blacken the sky-statue of the goddess. I did not think then it would be the last one I'd see.

But you have no temples here. No altars. The sculptures in your agora don't take worship shape. Do the gods in this land demand no attention?

The only holiday people on the Ark ever celebrated was Unity Day, and it's one I'd be alright never hearing about again.

Do all holidays here involve food? Cause that's a good start.

I forgot to mention this before, but it's pretty cool that the Entity can sometimes grant wishes. My family might not be here, but it did send me my supersuit, so at least I can turn invisible without looking like haunted laundry. I still think I can expand it further, I just need more practice.

I guess Invisigirl kind of is? But no, I don't care about fame. I like helping people, but I still want to be my own person. I feel bad for celebrities who enjoy their craft but not fame.

The thing that really really bugs me about cartoons is when they draw them with only eight fingers but everyone's still using base ten, like where did those extra two numbers come from? Forget older people complaining about New Math, the numbers 9 and 10 would be a complete travesty. Why are we doiing this to our children?? It's just some abstract philosophical construct that doesn't mean anything in the real world. 7 x 3 is not 21, everyone knows it's 25. I don't know how they expect me to buy into the world building when they make such amateur mistakes.

I dont want to be that guy but... maybe the bears just want a hug. Have the bears even actually hurt anyone other than scaring a kid?

There is this person, who I love very deeply, and we've gone through hell and back, say almost literally war. It was the two of us--- well, not literally, we were actually part of a team but like it was often just the two of us, even though there were others around.

but he died. okay. And you would do anything to fix that. but you can't.

but say that when the time lines... get jumbled up, like they do in our world. and then you find out that without you... he lived. This person lived.

And then you realize... that it must have been you. I must have done something to cause his death... directly, indirectly, it doesn't matter. Me not being there, us not all being together, that saved his life somehow. And you realize he's better off having not known you

Okay, well, I'm not sure what that was, but I think I'd have gone for "unnecessarily violent" rather than "thrilling." Or maybe it's both. It did look pretty heroic, what with the dramatic frisbee of justice and people in chains.

I see the Entity is restless again. Has anyone else found themselves shifted to new accommodations? Was I unwanted?

Jeremy and I weren't exactly close, but it feels weird being in this apartment without him. I'm gonna miss that kid.

I know a lot of others are dealing with some losses too and I think we could all do with a chance to blow off some steam, so I'm opening up the club to an extra all ages night tomorrow. We WILL be checking IDs, sorry kids. The bar will be happy to mix up some virgin cocktails for you guys who are under 21.

I also seem to be down a bartender, so if anyone has experience or a desire to learn and needs a job, let me know.

If you wanted to get away from the chaos of the kids floor, I wouldn't object to the company. I'll even spring for pizza, if you want.

Well, well, well, now what have we here? Have I suddenly begun hallucinating? Has someone finally broken into the backdoor of my mind to play tricks on me as revenge? Of course, who exactly would be powerful enough for such shenanigans escapes me, as I am the all powerful God of Mischief himself, but the effort is certainly genuine. I have to appreciate that.

Usually, I am more than ready for a bit of fun, mind you. Even the kind where I am apparently sharing a room with others, which is completely ridiculous. However, I am kind of in the middle of something quite important, so if we could save the tricks for later, hm? Now, send me back to where I was and there will be no need for me to get testy.

Sometimes I feel guilty, like I'm betraying other disabled kids. I can yell "Shazam" and become someone totally abled and enjoy everything at camp. That's not fair. Maybe I shouldn't use it for selfish things.

Since we're all about to get a lot closer---

1 I need a drink for this I am not wearing a shirt in this heat.

2 I need a drink for this ... I scream at night. Can't really help it. I don't sleep much anyway. Don't worry.

Claudia just gave me an idea! There are a lot of people with pets here, so you should call me if you need a sitter for them or someone to walk them. I walk Mjolnir all the time.
