Three days ago I watched the pillars of the Temple of Apollo at Troy crumble into the Aegan Sea and fires blacken the sky-statue of the goddess. I did not think then it would be the last one I'd see.
But you have no temples here. No altars. The sculptures in your agora don't take worship shape. Do the gods in this land demand no attention?
