May I ask who, exactly, is in charge here?

This is breaking nearly every article of the Statute of Secrecy, I’ll have you know. Not to mention that popping people in and out without permission is in very poor taste.

Technically, we have a law enforcement but not an actual leader from what I have gathered? It is quite chaotic but it seems to work. There does not seem to be much chaos other than people randomly showing up.
