Okay. For those who don't know, my name's Maya Lopez. In another life I went by Echo, or sometimes Ronin, but I've been here since August and haven't had cause for either so far. Which you can probably imagine is a good thing if you know what ronin means. Either way it has been a crazy week, so this is what's going to happen. On Tuesday night there is going to be a thing on the roof. Call it whatever you want, a party, a gathering, a meet up, whatever. Anyone who's new who isn't going to be embroiled in their own group can come and meet your new neighbours. Anyone feeling bad about losing people who doesn't want to be alone can come up for company. Anyone who just wants to watch fireworks can do that.
I'm covering basic decor and refreshments. (Probably nothing harder than bubbly and maybe cocktails, plenty of non-alcoholic options and food. If you want anything else it's BYO.) Ideally I hear the Weasley twins are the ones to go to for fireworks - without explosion noises, if possible - but if they can't then someone else can have a chance to show off. We'll need a volunteer to put together a banging playlist. And if someone can find a way to magic a hot tub up there I'll love you forever and provide a leftover Christmas candy box in gracious thanks.
