Seeing as it looks like I'll be spending an indefinite amount of time here and I have this, ha, pesky need for food and shelter, I am in the need of some gainful employment. I am...was? I guess was. I was a medical examiner for the NYPD. Is there a need for medical examiners here?

It is my second birthday in Goodland, and I still don't know if I should go with 15 or 16.

I require copious amounts of caffeine.

Tomorrow it is two weeks until my birthday! It's the first birthday I've had ever that I can remember and I've been waiting nearly two years because Kaine picked a really far away day and then the Entity brought me in September but now it's so close and I'm f i n a l l y going to be sixteen!

I'd like to apologise for how I acted when we initially met, regarding my attitude towards magic and your claims.

I'm glad that the aging thing skipped me this time. I'm pretty happy being 37, I don't want to get a lot older just yet.

I know we aren't supposed to have favorite siblings and all but, birthdays in our family always made me a little sappy because ... well thats sort of the way our parents celebrated everything. Lots of love and sap and sugar usually.


But, in honor of his birthday, I have to say-- there is no other brother I would rather be stuck in a time-wonky alternate universe version of New York with. You're one of the best of us, Freddy, regardless of what age you count yourself today.

Aging forty years in a matter of hours gives me a delightful hungover feeling, let me tell you.
