I keep shorting out everything I touch. It freaked me out at first and I kind of made lightning, I think. It was pretty freaky but I think I have that part under control as long as I stay calm. ish. But I've already killed the toaster and the microwave. I'm afraid to touch basically anything.

Okay. So it looks like some people have swapped powers, some have lost them and some have gained completely new ones that no one else had. I'm going to put the clinic on low level alert in case of accidental injuries or any other side effects. People who've lost abilities should probably report it, or at least keep an eye out to see if anyone picks them up so they know what to expect.

In unrelated news, I finally managed to open a small shop. Selling something out of a building is a shem tradition I still don't understand but I suppose it means I would be less affected by crappy weather than if I had a market stall. Dalish Delights can be found [location], selling goods made in the traditional styles of my people, as well as herbal remedies. Amongst other things.

I can hear things from miles away. Kind of freaky. But I can also apparently heal a lot faster than normal, too, so I'm not going to complain. Wouldn't actually mind if these new powers stuck around.
